Simply, BM had a dysfunctional staff that did not get along. Bronco gave them all a soft landing in hopes that they could catch on somewhere else and that is exactly what RA did. Bronco soon recognized that he threw out the guy he should have kept all along and asked him to come back. That shows leadership as he realize that he made a mistake and corrected it
