The point is that Utah puts 4x as many kids in the NFL.
Most of these kids are from California and Texas. Meaning talented athletes from out of state consider Utah a relevant enough destination to sign there. And again...I realize Utah is bottom third in the PAC it terms of desirability and recruiting success. That shows how far BYU really has to go to be nationally competitive.
