You guarantee it's no different . . . okay.
I've been to over half of the holy wars at RES since 1996. I have also been to Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, a couple of bowl games, Virginia, and UNLV. It's different and it's not close.
When they see fans doing jello sacrament shots, no biggie . . . they don't even know what's going on. They see fans mocking garments . . . no biggie they don't really know what that means. They let fans yell f bombs for 2 hours straight directed at opposing fans, no biggie . . . after a while you just have to tune it out. They don't care when fans yell towards opposing fans that they should go home and masturbate . . . no biggie, there weren't many children around anyway. It wasn't beer that was poured on the opposing team, that's not even sold inside the stadium. Max Hall's mom wasn't the only person who got the blow up doll treatment, so no biggie.
Jeff Benedict from Sports Illustrated witnessed the fans of both sides and revealed to 1280 that it was a night a day difference. But, he's a BYU homer so it was all made up anyway, right?
