I for one am not afraid to use my name ie utblue. it is Kacey Wessel. I have personal knowledge of the things that have been talked about. I have many friends inside the locker room at BYU. and many that left the locker room at BYU for one reason... Bronco. I have been closely associated with Salem hills high school for the past 7 years. and know of Porter Gustin and his family personaly. I Know these people utblue. they are good and honorable people. they have a wonderful family. and extended family. and that is the reason that they choose Salem to live. I announce all the sports at Salem Hills and have seen Athletes come and go. and their parents. by inlarge it has been a great experiance. Porter is a great young man. I know all the behind the scenes stories. they are simply not true. let me say this ... would all these D1 schools close to 35 now. Utah being one, Porter taking an official visit Thursday, really spend time and recorces on a kid with the kind of character that you have so easly impuned. You give BYU to much credit. I have first hand knowledge that the brotheren contacted Bronco because Porter was worthy and academicaly ready to attened BYU. Bronco did not like the intrusion. other schools would not chase this young man if he was so flawed. His Dad and Mom are some of the nicest people you would want to meet. they are kind to a fault and very forth coming. They dont even know where Porter is going. The extended family is much the same way. They have been nothing short of a welcomed addition to the Salem family. and the High school. There are reasons that so many kids do not go to BYU, I mean reason it is Bronco. This young man will have a great college experienceand be a great college player, but sadly it wont be BYU. so to say legal team you do not speak the truth, to say his dad meddles you do not speak the truth. This is a good young man, and we should be proud that he comes from Salem Utah and wish him well.
