he did make a lot of mistakes but just about anyone would in his situation...
...he inherited a coaching staff of old relics instead of being able to bring in his own guys. He had one season with an experienced QB and OL and then had to start over with inexperienced OL's and QB's. He had the expectations of following the Legend.
When Bronco inherited the team from him he got an experienced QB, experienced OL, NFL talent at RB, WR and TE and a super easy schedule.
