Of course Lavell has those losses, but he had big wins to off set them. What is the pattern? Does BM have break out years every few years? Do we have big upsets every few years? Do we have a pattern of losing big games while giving up bad games? How have we done vs our rival? What is the trend the program is moving?

Lavell also started with a unknown program, BM had to rebuild an already solid program that had a tough 2-4 years. It is easier to rebuild vs build. Would you rather take over a rebuilding Texas team or take over Iowa State.....where could you have more success over a 10 year period?

I don't have Utah envy, I have not lived in Utah in 15 years. I have P5 envy, the gap is widening between the "have" and the "have nots". We are moving the wrong direction this way. On top of that lackluster results on the field. Unsuccessful in putting kids in the NFL through the draft compared to other programs we compete against for talent. The negatives outweigh the positives here.
