you have your priorities in line but understand professional ladder challenges. My overarching point to my post was there are many who don't go to those same events for prob much of the same reasons. And the co-workers especially in an area of the country where mormons are not well understood look at situations like that and think that the LDS folks have their own agenda, are hard to work with, etc etc. It is seriously a real thing and its a crap label that has been slapped on BYU because of it. CB as a whole punishes national pundits who reference this label but in reality...its a super real perception that our PR department prob should have been fighting hard in big12 country over the past 24mos. Hopefully they've been doing a lot that most of us just don't know about.

In the end hopefully we provide the most $$$ and the best chance for conference playoff hopes where none of this crap will matter anymore.
