Yes, have you read mine?
His experience with Mormons has nothing to do with BYU. He is projecting his experience and what he considers a slight onto BYU and their past and potential partners. The only thing that matters is how BYU as an institution deals with partners and potential partners. Chuck Neinas has already debunked the BYU was difficult to deal with in 2011 theory. Again, the only folks who have put this out there are Big East folks, a couple pissed off MW losers, AND BYU's OWN FANS!!!!!!

And that is really, really the point. Why are we, as fans of the university, perpetuating a false narrative? We are telling and retelling the same lie about the school and the school's athletic programs that we purport to cherish--even to the point that we're on this message board with crappy coding and an unbelievably high rate of moderation at all hours. And we're the ones looking for ways to justify and hopefully prove that the lies are true? Really? I get that folks were in shock when it didn't happen, and they had to invent a scapegoat to assuage their disappointment. And like folks who believe Roosevelt knew the Japanese were coming or that Bush authorized 9/11 attacks, they blame the program.

That's my beef. You want to carry a grudge with something about BYU that actually happened. Fine, knock yourself out. But quit spreading lies--particularly lies about the team you claim to love--the team that finally has a legitimate chance of an invitation if the false narratives can be overcome.
