So the fact that it has come up more than once doesn't lead you to believe

there might be some truth to it? I don't care if we are hard to work with or not. But others have that perception, so there might some validity to it. I also don't have a problem admitting to it. I can see how others feel that way about BYU or about Mormons in general.
