Sorry, that's not "legit", that is middling. Averaging about 1 good season every 10 years since joining the PAC12. And it doesn't look like their program is trending upward.
Really, who can blame them? They simply aren't a blue blood.
For football they've had more success than basketball, but haven't won anything. Their tenure so far is nothing more than the lower tier PAC12 bowl games. A far cry from the national prominence they achieved while in the MWC (where they could actually win).
Like I said, their program has digressed from a success standpoint since joining the PAC12. They simply can't compete with the blue bloods in football or basketball.
Good for Utah for being in the PAC12. But as most predicted, they will be nothing more than a middling program.
