more in the MWC. You said Utah has “significantly declined” in the P12. If the P12 were a step back and Utah has declined, then you’re saying the MWC would be a step forward and better for the U. Don’t try for the academic smack, you’re out of your element and you’ve taken the position that Utah was better off in the MWC. Obviously that’s insane.
