Between my junior and senior years of HS I went out to BYU's wrestling camp
Mo Elewonibi was acting as a counselor in the camp dorms for the Summer. During some free time a few of us went to the gym to lift with him.

I was a 145lb wrestler and Mo was working on curls that day. We decided to see who could max out more. They end up putting a belt around me and I straddled a military press and he pulled on the belt to keep me standing up right with my back against the press so I wouldn't fall forward as I curled 185lbs 3 times. Mo wasn't able to curl that amount at all.

He won the Outland Trophy that Fall at about 305lbs...

Makes me sound pretty cool but honestly wrestlers work on some different muscle sets than football players...wrestlers use that curl motion on under hooks, tie ups, tight waists, etc...I can't think of much football players would use curls for other than overall balance in their musculature...
