some individual sports like tennis or skiing or some track & field events would be very different. I played a D1 university women's tennis player once, and she destroyed me. Women whiz by me on the slopes all the time when I'm skiing. And when I have run marathons or half marathons, there are always plenty of women who blow me away, and I'm not a totally horrible long-distance runner (3:40 marathon). Alison Felix would easily own me in a sprint, as would all of the US women's swim team in pretty much any swimming event. I saw some female weightlifters at the Olympics who would easily crush me.
