I once played intramural football at BYU against a former player who had played
in the NFL for a couple of years, sporadically, before coming back to school (I think he was getting his grad degree). We triple-teamed him to try to cover him, but he would get open easily anyway and they out-jump us all to catch the lame-duck passes his QB was throwing. It was fun to be able to say that I covered an NFL wide receiver once, but we got smoked.
