Mostly cuz schools elsewhere in the country (not everywhere, mind you) are quite
a bit more difficult than Utah schools.
I had the lowest GPA of all my roommates as a fresh RM...& they all assumed the same as you.
Until the topic of ACT scores came up, anyways.

I don't believe that for a second. Athletes certainly get breaks. If you're a good athlete with a 19 ACT score and a 2.5
