The metric for admissions pre 2014 is public record. 100 point scale. GPAx10 + ACT. The rest is composed of mostly check boxes for seminary, endorsements, etc.

There is a benefit (1.5 points) from being from Alaska or somewhere east of Colorado, but kids from Utah are in the same boat as those from CA, NV, AZ, ID, OR, WA, WY, CO, MT, and NM.
