We just don't have the horses or the resources to compete against the improved independent schedules.

But, we do play in some pretty amazing venues against some great opponents. In all honesty, BYU players travel to and play in better venues than most teams in college football during a player's career... And, when full, gameday in Lavell Edwards Stadium provides a great atmosphere, right up there with all but the elite-tier stadiums (Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Texas, etc.).
