Bronco himself said independence was unsustainable—He saw the writing on the wall and where the program was going. You can’t recruit talent to play with the big boys when you are not considered part of the big club—BYU has never been an easy place to recruit.
So how can we except a BYU program in irrelevance to be talented and deep enough To be any better than average G5 program?
