However, the only thing I think slightly different than you is I focus my diet on eating good foods. I’m not as concerned with my weight as I am just eating healthy and avoiding crappy foods. I avoid foods that I’ve researched and shown that they do more harm than good for your stomach. I’ve seen healthy looking people have bad food that they eat, and just because your weight is “good” doesn’t mean that you have the best cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.
But great job! Now the big challenge of keeping it up for the rest of your life.
