I have a cousin who just graduated with her masters in dietetics. She posted on Facebook today 10 things about dieting and loving yourself that basically said you shouldn’t change anything about how much or what you eat and people are just the size they are.
I don’t know if that something they teach at Utah State or just her wacky ways (her dad is a chiropractor) but I feel that these 10 things are infinitely more helpful than her list.
