It was frustrating because I thought I was still doing all the right things and living a healthy lifestyle. I don't count calories but pretty closely adhere to your other nine tips. Well, I finally sat down last week to look at ALL the numbers.
It was a relief to learn that I actually lost an additional 5 lbs. of fat last year. The problem was that I've kept up with the fitness part so well that I put on 25 lbs. of muscle (thereby resulting in weight gain). I'm excited going into this summer because I want to continue to improve my health and fitness. I went from 41% body fat two years ago to 23% last year, and I'm sitting at 17.5% right now. Shooting to get under 15 by the end of the summer.
