Carbs and fats were pretty much all he consumed and lost weight.
Without fail, when someone achieves great results using common sense dieting techniques, we get the whole insulin sensitivity, ketosis, blah blah bla.....
Not sure why we as humans have to complicate things? It almost like our ego needs to be fed with the idea that we understand something better than everyone else with stuff way out in left field. Same thing that drives the anti-vaxxer, plandemic crowd.
