All you're saying in this post is that "calories out" is hard to figure out, and
sometimes counter intuitive.

You know people who eat 2-3 times more than they "should," but they don't gain weight? That's because they're not eating more than they "should." They're eating the same or less than they burn.

Other people burn less.

Calories "out" isn't the same for everyone.
