I am down to 193. I started about when the quarantine brock out. I usually eat oatmeal and an apple in the morning, or a couple of eggs. I then have my regular meal about 4:00 PM. I usually run 4-5 miles each day or bike 25-30 to give my joints a rest. This week I'll also add situps, pushups and boxing drills.
A big key for me is to not eat after my afternoon meal. I used to sit in front of the TV and snack on garbage. No more. Id like to get to 175.
