Agree, I think there's a rough transition, but they'd be as good as Utah
Not going to be an Ohio State or Alabama or anything, probably not even Oklahoma, but I don't think that's what you meant by upper tier. I would expect them to follow a similar path as Utah. A couple rough seasons while they build depth and talent and then regularly in the top 25 and competing for division and conference titles. Not one of the top elite teams by any stretch, but kind of hanging on the periphery and at least relevant and a threat to some of the best teams.
