Really highlights that BYU can already generally hold their own against lesser P5 teams (though that win rate against above average teams is still pretty ugly).
Note that good/bad here is defined by a team that is above or below .500 against other P5 teams. So a 4-5 team might not be "bad" per se, but they're still going into the analysis as a subpar team for that season.
