The Good, the Bad, and the Utah
Considering Utah neither Good nor Bad, just Utah, BYU's P5 record against various types of teams ends up being
Against "good" P5 teams - 27.8% (5/18)
Against "bad" P5 teams - 68.7% (11/16)
Against "Utah" P5 teams - 0.0% (0/8)
Really highlights that BYU can already generally hold their own against lesser P5 teams (though that win rate against above average teams is still pretty ugly).
Note that good/bad here is defined by a team that is above or below .500 against other P5 teams. So a 4-5 team might not be "bad" per se, but they're still going into the analysis as a subpar team for that season.

Take away Utah and it is 16 of 33. Pretty good for a school that doesn't get P5 recruiting advantages.
