We had a serial shooter in Mesa years back. Would drive by and shoot someone with a 4-10 shotgun. One of his last victim
s was a girl that my little sister played with some times.
My older brother was close friends with their family so I remembered that they had already had a tragedy years earlier when the daughter just older than this one was killed in a car accident.
Burying two teen/preteen aged daughters has to be horrible. Not sure if it’s even worse if the deaths happen so suddenly and unexpectedly.

Yes, my grandpa was shot in middle of day outside a bank for a measly $400 he had just withdrawn by complete stranger.
