Not personally. But a daughter of one of my colleagues was murdered by her boyfriend and then he killed
Himself.
My dad knew someone in his stake in CA who was found dead ion ac empty home in So Cal. This person I believe was a realtor and it was a house he was showing.
He was found dead along with another person. The best that could be gathered. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Yes, my grandpa was shot in middle of day outside a bank for a measly $400 he had just withdrawn by complete stranger.
