Lawyer I worked with in the Salt Lake Legal Defender's was murdered in Portland
the initial investigation was horrible and the cops didn't even think it was a murder so the scene wasn't processed. 10 years later the killer was overheard bragging about it. He pled guilty and got 15 years.
