Only concern in my mind is the PAC12

B1G, ACC, SEC aren't poaching any Big 12 teams. But the PAC12 might - especially if they are negotiating a new TV deal and are told that adding a Texas team or two (or CST timezone teams) would increase the value of the new deal.

And I disagree with you about the money - realistically the PAC12 has some big name teams, which is what drives viewers and interest so I think the PAC12 will get a bigger deal than the Big12, which puts them in a position to poach if they feel they need to. Wouldn't surprise me to see them poach OK St, TCU, Texas Tech, Kansas St or similar (maybe Houston?), and then split East/West with the original PAC8 in the West and Arizona, Arizona St, Utah, Colorado, OK St, TCU, Texas Tech, Kansas St in the East.

Wouldn't be the end of the world for the Big 12 though - you'd see the Big12 just add Boise, SMU, Memphis, USF. That leaves Big 12 West as
BYU/Boise/Kansas/Iowa St/SMU/Baylor
UCF/USF/Cincy/WVU/Houston/Memphis
