For Utah, none of that is relevant though. That's the whole point
2021 was a rebuild year either way. Losses were inevitable.

Conference strength is irrelevant when Utah finishes ahead all other 3 and 4 loss teams outside the SEC.

To beat #3, win the CCG and play with a 20MM viewer audience is unheard of for programs like Utah.

For fans, entertainment factor was awesome.

The exposure helps Utes start off next season in the top 7-8 and primed for a legit shot at the playoffs.

Even with a 1-loss season like 2019; even if the conference stays weak.

Utah consistently contending in the P12 has been fantastic for recruiting. No signs of slowing.

2021 for Utah looks a lot like 2003 and 2007. We'll see if Utah can take advantage like they did in 2004 and 2008. Fun ride.
