I would think it first goes to P4 with the PAC carved up into the BIG and B12

Both go to 20 teams. The SEC will raid the ACC for 4 more.

Now you have four conferences with 20 teams each a complete four team playoff and semi-final conference championships. 5 teams to a pod. Play the teams in your pod and the other 6 games from your conference.

10 conference games to maximize revenues. Cross conference games for destination games in NFL stadiums. Perhaps a cross conference game where one conferences’s 10 teams play another conference in a year

maybe a one and done to guarantee all teams 7 home games.
