I think this depends on your viewpoint...

If you think that the conference will get raided again, or if revenues are going to be so out of wack compared to the P12 and ACC that schools will jump to those conferences then yes it is. I propose that it is more solid than you think. Big 12 Revenues after the next media deals will be much closer to the P12 and the ACC and with the exception of WV I don't see any school jumping. If the Big 10 and SEC expand again they will be going after bigger fish, namely Clemson, USC, and ND which will further dilute the P12 and the ACC.
