Sin and the Honor Code are two different things

Since living the Honor Code requires Church activity, WOW, chastity and other things that an excommunicated member might not be so keen on, it may be difficult to encourage others to live those principals.

Again, I am not saying that it cannot be done, I am just saying that it is an interesting question and requires some soul searching to determine an honest answer.
