I have no issue with the Honor Code

I fully support it. Although not always administered fairly, for the most part it is. Kind of like the US Justice system.

I was merely stating that I found the question interesting and would be curious how an excommunicated person or a person that no longer believes in the church would answer it. Would they be encouraging to others to live the HC or discouraging or rather neutral.

I may have my world colored by vocal ex-Mormons, so the results would be interesting.
