I hate Provo towing companies but it sounds like the decision to tow was correct

The fees and everything else the towing company did was just wrong. Towing companies shouldn't be allowed to do that. But parking 6 inches over the line isn't right either. It's not hard to shift into reverse, go back a few feet, then shift into drive and park correctly. It's not fair to the other cars to take up another parking spot because of a bad parking job.
