Yep, similar experience here. No one calls them, they drive around all night looking for people to tow. They towed my car because it was sticking a foot out of my drive way. They did it in the middle of the night too. I woke up, my car was gone, no notices given. $300 dollar fee. You try to discuss it with them and they turn into real jerks. Ridiculous!
