Can someone please provide a link saying it was a tow truck driver?
Every article I read says "an altercation over a parking space" not "an altercation over being towed". It sounds like me Davis and someone else both wanted the same parking space.
Besides that - even if it was a tow truck driver - 1 - he is not the one with the predatory contract. His company is. He is just doing his job. 2 - Even if you are being towed inappropriately, starting a fist fight is not the correct response. That will just get you jail time.
