Nickels Is Money Too

I had torn my ACL and MCL and had a handicap permit displayed

but it slipped off of my rear view mirror. They towed my car. I went over there on my crutches and they forced me to pay a few hundred $$. They walked out to my car with me and there was my permit on the seat. They didn't care.

Money in their bank.

Provo is as crooked a place when it comes to crossing guards/tow companies as I have seen.
