Definitely depends on the circumstances - that's why the rule should focus on
the individual's actions instead of merely on membership status. Someone might quit the church, but not be antagonistic toward it. Another person might "stay" in the church (in the sense that they don't have their name removed) but nevertheless be horribly antagonistic toward it.

If the purpose of this policy is to avoid having students on campus, in class, and in housing who are antagonistic to the church, then the rule should be that you lose your endorsement for being antagonistic.

Obviously though, that's a hard line to draw. Maybe impossible. But it's not the only fuzzy line that we use in HC compliance, so maybe it's still worth something.
