Fine, as long as the HCO stops kicking kids out for having consensual sex.
At least don't kick them out until there is a pattern of repeat behavior.
I am categorically opposed to giving women raised in our sexually repressed sub-culture any additional incentive to misrepresent the facts to keep from facing expulsion, parents, friends, etc.
If you think false reporting under some sort of amnesty policy would not be a significant problem at BYU, you are truly delusional
