it is hard with having one side of a story. To be honest I haven't really even followed her particular case and mostly just been reading opinions on here and the trib articles recently. My buddy did just tell me about an interview she had after i posted this with ron arkett (sp) where he asked questions about her circumstances and she just responded it doesn't matter i was raped and effectively dodged questions in doing that. I do not agree with that attitude of self absolving from her other actions, but i think that is settled in time with the lord not through the HCO. The the girl has kind of taken on a social justice warrior stance publicly, whereas i think a humble approach and seeking help is what most students would do were the negative consequences of coming forth removed
