Identical situation with Handley. He said that Utah hardly
paid him any attention, but once BYU offered, it was weird, they immediately made a full court press (I don't have the exact quote, but that's what he said). Virginia, the issue isn't that Utah occasionally targets the same kids that BYU does. That's to be expected. It's bordering on ridiculous at this point. The Utah staff isn't even doing their own due diligence. THey're offering a day after BYU does over and over and over.
