also root for Kyle and the Utes when they're not playing BYU because Kyle is an all-time great in BYU football history and a significant link in the chain of a significant accomplishment (1984 National Championship). For a lot of others though this is difficult to swallow.
My perspective is that he's not as traitorous as some Y fans make him out to be and not as saintly as maybe some Ute fans make him out to be. I think he's a really good coach and among the best when it comes to preparing his teams for winning a big game.
