It's definitely not against the rules, just lame because
it happens all the time. You have to admit, Utah does this quite a few times every recruiting season. Name me 3 times in the last 5 years that BYU has offered a kid within a week of Utah offering him.
Again, not against the rules at all. And I highly doubt the Utah coaches really just sit around and wait for BYU to offer a kid. But when something happens as often as it has, that's the way it looks.
