Depends on the level of bullying. If it's major physically harming, then yeah
that's a problem. If it's "She said I run slow" then it really isn't a big deal.
I have a sensitive kid the same age as your kid. Slim said it best, teach coping strategies for the small stuff.
If the bully is pushing, not extreme but annoying, I'd be all for my kid giving a big shove back.
