If you were to meet my today you would never guess that I was bullied growing up. But I was. Relentlessly. Which is, in
part, why I started to work out consistently and still do at age 40 and why I ended up working very hard to obtain what most would consider a “prestigious” career.
Bullying is bad. But learning an appropriate way to respond to bullying is an invaluable life skill.
