This will not lead to an endless path of his child not knowing how to handle conflict, it sounds like she's learning that daily at school as is. This is what principles do, they work with students daily and promote good behavior. This is exactly why they are there, on campus, getting paid to do. There very well might be a girl just at the OP states that is bullying several students and needs an intervention in her own life with her own at home situation. Communication is key.
