You have every right to protect your child. I just caution that if you meet the
parents don’t go in guns blazing until you have all the facts. More than once I have been burned by my kids and their side of the story. The last time I went in blazing mad, I found out my kid, 6 year old girl, was the primary aggressor. We had a serious talk afterwards and now we try to get both sides of the story verified before we go in with other parents. I know some in the media say that’s not important, but in these situations I think it is. Afterwards when you know the other girl is 100% in the wrong, bring out the big guns.
