I actually got a degree in Engineering, then a Master's, and now Medical School.

My outlook is simple. . . if you choose a major or career path, you should definitely factor in the potential earnings, there is nobody forcing these people to become teachers. I respect teachers for making the choice to educate kids, I honestly think it is a hard job, but if these people want better salaries they should look at alternative career paths.
